As an enormous region, the Asia Pacific is sociogeographic region that extends from East Asia to Southeast Asia, as well as the Oceania, North America, and South America region known as the Pacific Basin also plays an important role in the world economic system. At the same time, the region conditions offers the chance of chaos yet  conflicts that are prone to occur are about human rights.  While progress has been made in some areas, the Asia-Pacific region faces significant challenges in fully realizing international human rights standards. Strengthening regional mechanisms, enhancing domestic legal frameworks, and ensuring accountability for violations are critical steps forward. The role of civil society and international cooperation remains vital in advancing human rights in the region.
